According to the Law D.Lgs. 196/03 we hereunder inform the Customers that:
- Sending data through the "send" button is a consense to treat what explained below;
- Personal data will be treated even in automatic mode, for the making of the contract with the customer, for finalities of service valuing and sending promotional material about new products and future events;
- Sending data is not compulsory, but some services will remain inaccessible without it;
- Data won't be diffused or communicated to any third parties other than the usual industrial organization which refer to third parties (banks, legal studios...etc.etc.) in the respect of privacy, and only if not possible to handle them in a internal way
Titular of the treatment is SYSTEM S.R.L.U.
Each Customer will be able to act upon his rights art. 7 del D.Lgs (access, cancellation, correction, opposition to the treatment, indications on the finality of the treatment).
